What we collect

When you use StopBotSpam, we collect only what we need to run the service:

• Account information: your name, email address, and billing details when you sign up for a paid plan.
• Verification counts: how many challenges were served and solved on your sites, used for quota and billing.
• Site configuration: the domains you register and your display preferences (theme, language).

What we never see

StopBotSpam verifies that a visitor is human before your form submits. We never receive, read, or store the contents of your forms: no names, emails, phone numbers, or messages your visitors type. That data goes straight to you.

Cookies

We use a minimal session cookie to remember a solved challenge during a visit, so your visitors are not asked twice. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use your data

• To operate your account and enforce plan quotas.
• To bill you and send service notices.
• To improve challenge reliability (aggregated, anonymized statistics only).

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.

Data retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and for 12 months after cancellation, then deleted. Aggregated statistics contain no personal information and may be kept indefinitely.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it at any time by emailing arturo@stopbotspam.com. We respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date above. Continued use of the service means you accept the changes.
